Exchange, Returns & Refunds!
- Exchange is accepted within 7 days of delivery only for size issues. Products must be unused and undamaged. Exchange is subject to product availability and inspection.
- No refunds or cancellations are provided once an order is placed. Eligible amounts will be issued as store credit, valid for 3 months.
- For exchanged products, the replacement will be shipped within 7–10 working days after inspection. Exchanges are not accepted beyond the eligible exchange period.
- Sale, discounted, and customized products are not eligible for returns. Sale products may be exchanged only for size issues, subject to availability. Store credit will be based on the final amount paid, and no additional offers or coupons can be applied.
- Customized products, including changes to length or sleeves, cannot be returned or exchanged. Slight variations in fabric design may occur due to the nature of the fabric.
